I liked Noel when he was here, the famous post game interveiws were always entertaining, I dont think it was his fault the Jets were losing but it was not hard to see that the players wern't responding to him. So either a major trade was needed "Buff" or a coaching change and the coaching change was probably the easier thing for Chevy to change without going in to a major Panac.
