You mean that in 2001 Gilbert was MEASURED @ 6-2.25" and Joe Johnson was MEASURED @ 6'-6.75".

Thank you very much, so much for accuracy huh? I just posted a picture in my previous post with their current measurements.

The NBA has a long history of fudging player heights and DRAFT measurements are not and will not ever be the be-all/end-all for measurements for anything other than players entering the draft. Not 10 year veterans.

You're hopeless. You trust the NBA listing over a viable third party measurement. It's not worth the time arguing with you. You ignore facts right in front of your face.

Somehow i am not surprised that you think Arenas is 6'6".

lmao, come on now. Arenas is very close to 6'4 and Joe Johnson is NOWHERE near 6'7, more like 6'5, but you keep believing that.

Somehow I'm not surprised you don't know very much at all.

I guess you don't understand the link i posted. It was the measurements from the NBA combine where players get measured every year before the draft. Gilbert was drated the same year.

JJ was measured at 6' 6.75" barefoot
Gil was measured at 6' 2.25" barefoot

Since you are obviously math impaired that is 5.5".

BTW, if Joe Johnson is so great, then why is he being OUTPERFORMED STATISTICALLY by the inferior Gilbert Arenas when JOE JOHNSON is the one coming off the 120 million dollar signing.

Probably because he has been playing with a bad shooting elbow which will require surgery.

Why are we talking about Joe Johnson anyway? Is Gilbert's contract justified if its no worse than another excessive contract?

LOL what a clown.

Check out the 2004 draft. both Iggy and Childress measured 6'5.75" barefoot. Iggy is listed at 6'6" and Childress is listed at 6'8".

I'm not really sure what the deal is with Hinrich but he is providing absolutely nothing besides decent defense. The guy looks clueless on offense.

Gee seems like a great athlete but when it comes to finishing, ugh. Was he like that last year?

In case nobody noticed Gil played at least 37 minutes in 6 straight games before the Toronto blowout. It is pretty much a given that Flip will play him as much as possible.

Just walked in......Why is Arenas, healthy, capable of 20+ ppt, 3-4 threes a game coming off the bench?

Flip is an idiot......Arenas would open up the floor for Wall and help set the pace early. Who the hell is scared of Hinrich and Gee? What a joke.....

If everyone was healthy then i could see griping about Hinrich's minutes. Right now it seems a bit silly.

He is healthy and plays a ton of minutes, yet he still can't score double digits in the past 6 games? As a shooting guard?

You're hopeless. You kiss the ass of everybody on this forum who you think is your penpal, and jump all over me anytime I post because I say what you don't like to read. Put me on ignore or simply don't respond if you have an issue with what I post. You like to jump in and finish other people's arguments for them when they have nothing to do with you, but if something is posed directly you'll throw your hands up and ignore it. Real tough guy there Mr. Stat.

Don't bother, nobody on this forum could give a **** less about Arenas. They also couldn't care less about winning, I mean look at the Verizon Center. The Wiz fanbase has always been an absolute joke, they'd rather trade fantasy scenarios on how they all know they can create a championship team than actually root for the team.

By the way, Blatche and McGee are playing their best D of the season tonight. If they got any help from the rest of the team, we'd be winning this thing by a landslide.

How did I lose? Based on what? Popularity? I will never win an argument on this forum if that is what you will judge it based on. You with the ass kissing will when them all that way though.

yeah it is pretty ugly. No argument here.

With a healthy team i don't think Hinrich gets more than 20 minutes a game. Howard will spend some time at the 2 and Gill/Wall will play big minutes. NY will get good minutes.

I would rather see Gee than Hinrich at this point.
