Who is Alan Anderson? Never heard of him but he went 6-8 from 3.

Anderson is one of my favorite kind of NBA players. He is why I don't give up hope for guys like Mo Almond. Alan Anderson has been around a long time but only late in his career is he having great success. I thought he would have been good for the Wizards to draft way back.

I liked him at Michigan State. He is a good defender and a big guard with handles, much like Temple. Anderson is a better scorer than Temple. Like Temple he's played in the D-League. Anderson also played a lot of years in Europe. His success now is a tribute to perseverance. He's already 30 but like James Singleton a lot of people don't know how good he is, yet.

Alan Anderson has been a pretty good player for a good while, IMO.

Is anybody watching this Rockets Thunder game?? Harden serving Durant with a ridiculous facial to tie the game at 111:111 after trailing more than 10 points with 4:30 to go.

That's 10 points in the past minute and a half for the bearded one. Shades of Gilbert, Must be fun being a Rockets fan right now.

Harden 45/9/6 14-19 from the field. One of the best boxscores I've ever seen.

Makes me livid watching how composed he is compared to Wall. Really slows the game down.

Does anyone still not get that Harden is a legit #1 option on a playoff team?

I learned a long time ago, you'll be better off if you avoid looking at his box score lines this season. :noway:

That's ridiculous. 46 points with a 96% TS% plus 6 assists and 8 boards. Only 2 turnovers.

I did know EG was our GM and that other teams seem to consistently do things he can't get done with the Wizards.

Cleveland has rookie Dion Waiters and 2nd-year Tristan Thompson who are going to round into key contributors and good NBA players. Kyrie is already on the way to becoming a superstar. On top of that they have multiple picks plus whatever they might get if they decide to trade a very good Anderson Varejao.

Ironic, NO got Vasquez to be a back-up and he has emerged as a decent starter while Rivers clearly should have stayed in-school.

What has been very shocking to me is that not only in Anthony Davis NOT the Rookie of the Year. It is not even close between him and Lillard. Before the season started, I didn't foresee Davis taking a long time to make a big impact.

46 points on 19 shot attempts? I can't remember seeing anything like that before. And he did it on his former team lol.

Davis is easily the better rookie, imo. He's got the edge in efficiency (both eFG% and TS%), and is far better in production (PER is 21 vs Lillard's 16). He's also a defensive force, while Lillard is regarded as a below average defender.
