This leads me to another kvetch, which I made on Twitter. Nene doesn't have a "sore foot" which is the bullspit they used for him to miss the Miami game. He has an injury called plantar fasciitis. It's a chronic condition that gets better with an extended period of rest. His foot isn't "sore" -- he's hurt. Sometimes he's able to play hurt, sometimes he's not. But it's not something benign like being a little stiff after going too hard. It's an actual injury that's not getting better until he takes an extended break from playing basketball.
