I don't know about that. There is a TON of talent on this team. If they ever get it to gel, they have as good of a chance as anyone to win it all. They're struggling right now, but it's a long season.

They're not good enough defensively, frankly. Especially in transition. Nash won't solve their problems on defense.

Starting Crawford at the point is just encouraging bad behavior. It seems like his chucking is getting worse lately.

Besides us lame-o's are there any Wizards fans?

 It was a sell out too, so you know Ted is busting one off right now. I even heard boos when the Wiz got some calls.

Let LA off the hook. Wiz were easily playing at a level to win this game.

Refs really hurt. Randy hurts more though.

I have been holding out from saying this because I wanted Randy here and I wanted to be fair and give him a chance to make some mistakes without being overly harsh but..

RANDY HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE GAME TIME HEAD COACH. TEEEERRRRRIBBLEE

As is an F

A ZERO

Maybe he is a good assistant. But as a Head Coach line up a team and changing rotations. TERRRIBLE

Well some of us think he's gonna be better than Harden, we'll see. I'm not even mad at Beal, I'm just mad at EG for not pursuing a veteran SG that Beal can learn from. Instead we have Chuckford and Cartier. This has to be a planned tank season.

Other than missing some box outs, I thought the effort was there. The Wizards overcame some incredibly unfair calls to come back to 89-92.

The end of the game was disgusting. Laker fans cheering. That said, I hope Ted Leonsis and Ernie Grunfeld heard that.

I feel like the game was pretty much stolen in the third. I think this game was about what the refs did in the third. Washington went 5-24 in the third, with a couple being blatant non-calls where the Lakers fouled. Another was an uncalled goal tend. On top of those bad calls the refs made two horrible charge calls against Beal.

The worst call of all was the one they gave Kobe three free throws after the Wizards played great defense and were 2 feet away when the CHEATING ref called a foul.

Those refs cheated. Flat out cheated and I hope they get caught and prosecuted, because that was not accidental.

This was even more disgusting than last year's playoffs and the Kings vs Lakers years ago. If this doesn't get caught, and it won't, they'll never catch refs cheating.

They stole the game!

I'm out. Sorry but I could not help but say exactly how I feel.
Bye bye Beal.

I haven't seen a game so vulgar in its officiating bias in looooooong time. We didn't deserve to win because I thought we just didn't have the urgency we needed, but we could have had a legit shot had the game been called fair. Whoever that female ref is needs a dick in her life.

Yeah, I didn't see it initially, but that was a lane violation on Kobe's tip in. Another missed call. Officiating was putrid in the second half.

That foul on Webster when Kobe was shooting the 3 was bad. He sold it really well by flinging his arms out after he let go of the ball. I hope they call a flop on him but I know they won't.

From putting him in situations that are more easy for him to succeed. And if he doesn't, not so much pressure on him. He plays better when he is having fun and lose. He is a kid. Starting games is not that. Ending close games is not that. He just isn't ready for that stuff yet. Success will bread more confidence. Just being on the same court with Kobe and Howard is a big deal for this kid. You don't start him against them. That is stupid IMO.

From coming off the bench.

From not being put in when the game is on the line.

By watching more vet player succeed.

Randy is making this NBA start harder on him, not easier. This is how you mess up a young kids head.

He needs more practice. He needs more experience coming off the bench.

This is not rocket science.

Six bad calls in one quarter.

Add to that Kobe's three free throws and Kobe's lane violation that resulted in 5 more un-earned points and the biggest story of this game was the officiating.
Bye bye Beal.

Turnovers in the first half. This basketball team tries, but they are injured and playing D-League quality players. I don't what you expect Witt to do.

Hands, you are killing the guy and he starts your boy JC, and you are still killing him. He's getting pretty much maximum effort out of an untalented group every night. Not sure what else he can other than not starting Okafar.

tonight he did. I want to see Randy get a T, **** defend how your players are getting jobbed. That and he still has absolutely no idea how to stop the bleeding. Good coaches call timeouts when they see their players **** up. Randy ain't the **** zen master, you don't have the luxury of letting this squad play. A 7 point lead for us is like a 11 point lead. He should have realized that by now with our level of incompetence.
