This team has serious free throw issues. It's no wonder they can't win close games

I love how the "pivotal play of the game" by Comcast is Paul shoving Wall backwards to get space to shoot a jumper.

Again, Barnes with a nice play not going for the fake. He's Ariza with a better jumper and more athleticism.

Uh, why did the refs NOT EVEN check that last out of bounds on replay? CCJ, you are right, certainly something crooked going on here.

Loved the 4th quarter by Beal, and the Clippers bench is obnoxious. Didn't realize they were that bad. They'll get bounced in the 2nd round.

That was a 19-year-old who hasn't figured out how to induce a foul on a 3-pointer yet.

Get that Good Effort, Good Job kid.

Another moral victory.

Without Paul, who wasn't supposed to play, this would have been a win.
Bye bye Beal.

I consider us on a 5-game win-streak morally.

This is the best I felt about a Wizards loss in a long time. Nothing went right but through sheer willpower, they kept themselves in the game until the last minute.

Happy with the effort. Rebounding and FT shooting was atrocious, but the Clippers aren't easy to beat at home, especially with the benefit of every call.

And that was after shooting two threes in the fourth so smooth they barely rippled the nets going through.

Beal after getting his shot blocked got knocked out of bounds or he would have had the rebound.
Bye bye Beal.

Welp, it was a good effort. Wall looks like he's getting better and better. Beal is getting buckets. The defense was impressive. Take away those turnovers and the piss poor rebounding and we probably would have won this game. Again, good effort on the road against one of the best teams in basketball. Can't be mad tonight.

-14 on the boards. 18 turnovers, 15-of-27 from the line. And we hung in there. Refs didn't beat us. We beat ourselves. Oh well.

Beal continues his amazing shooting. He went 3 for 5 from 3-point range, and one of those misses was the desperation shot that Barnes blocked. It's really getting ridiculous how well he has shot in January.

lol he played well I was just wondering why he let Barnes recover to block his shot instead of drawing the contact for 3 FTs....good moral victory though

They are 32-9.

That is a 64-win pace.

it took a bunch of favorable calls and a great step back move by Chris Paul, an MVP candidate, to beat the Wizards who are playing the second of a back-to-back game!

If you're mad at the Wizards, Beal, Booker, or Nene; you're missing the big picture IMO.

I'm just upset with the refs and Blake (b c h) Griffin. I can't stand his flops.
Bye bye Beal.

Seraphin did a darn good job on Blake. I didn't realize he was that small.
