Thank goodness the pool is forgiving....

I get good endurance work in the pool at the end of my workouts. Fat helps you stay afloat. :)

After I get really tired shooting around and whatever other gym workouts I do, (one gym has a speed bag and a heavy bag); I follow the first part of my workout with swimming and/or water aerobics.

It's relaxing as well. I feel like I have a lot of energy in the water.

EDITED: Sorry, I posted this in the wrong thread.
Bye bye Beal.

Not to blow my own horn (who me? nobody does that on sports message boards!), but I was the guy saying no - he's too unathletic and kills you on defense - more than offsetting his good efficiency numbers. I think the Bucks did very well in that deal. How it turns out for the Clippers will depend on the follow-up move(s). I figure they buy-out Delfino, which could accomplish their main goal of creating some room under the hard cap. The interesting part to me is Raduljica. He looked somewhat promising last season and is on a cheap contract. If he can give them 10 to 15 solid minutes as a back-up Center, the deal looks pretty promising for them. If they waive him, I like the deal less for them.

I'm not sure they keep big Rad. He's been awfully stiff-looking whenever I've seen him.

Someone tweet to Mr Jacob Raim Jameer Nelson is no Magic anymore. He will play for DAL. Oh, and Big Baby plays for LAC.

Miami signed Khem Birch

kind of disappointing but on the other hand there was no room for him here, and perhaps they only signed him for training camp

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

Birch had NCAA stats that are highly predictive of NBA success.

I wish the Wizards had let Seraphin move on. Unless they trade or another big is injured, Kevin seems destined to see zero playing minutes. Signing Birch and developing him might have been better than a fifth season with Seraphin.

Max contract offer from the Wolves to Bledsoe?? Trying to figure this one out. Guess it would be a sign and trade. Just trying to figure out what Phoenix would want?

I think this one is going to be fascinating.

I think it means Minny isn't interested in committing to Rubio. Can't blame them.

Rubio & Bledsoe together? Why not? That plus Wiggins equals the fastest perimeter trio in league.

This would've made more sense if they still had Love IMO.

It seems for the last 10 years the wolves have been stockpiling PGs and PFs, lol.

Although seriously I agree Rubio, Bledsoe, Love, Pevokvic would have been something to build around. Not championship level, but good enough to challenge for the next tier and young enough to hang around for a while.

Bledsoe was nabbed right after we picked Kevin.

Bledsoe was good at Kentucky.

I brag about evaluating talent reasonably well, but I downgraded Wall too much at draft time. I had seen Bledsoe play before Wall was eligible. His strong play made me think for all the hype Wall wasn't leagues better on that team.

Turns out I Underestimated Bledsoe. He is a good pro, just like Wall.

I think enough big time NBA players have gone there that China is a viable alternative. Also, since Blatche made a name for himself playing for the Philippines that he will enjoy great success.

How is Minnesota in a position to make a max offer? They seem to have at least $60 million on the books.

If the offset doesn't apply to deals outside of the NBA, he probably would have needed to get a $4 million deal to net the same amount.

I don't think it's an actual offer, so much as a declaration that they are interested in doing a sign and trade with Phoenix that will pay him the max.

The Chicago Bulls announced today the team has re-signed center Nazr Mohammed.

Man, that is one crowded FC.
