Stuff like this is why I can't get exicted about this season at all..

Budenholzer will probably draw up a great play here for the tie

Whew. Luckily (a) Miller *wasn't* in the game, and (b) Teague did his best Wizards' impersonation on that layup.

Big FTs from Gooden, the 6MOM.

Solid defense at the end. Just need NY to lose tomorrow and we'll officially be in the playoffs!

Beal 5/15 tonight. Standard.

His defense good at least.

Haha classic Wizards this season, but . WIN !!

Marcin was shocked with his big mistake on this lay-up but then he blocked the shoot so I'm fine with it.

Gooden 15 pts 8 rebs :D
Wall 25 pts 7 rebs 6 as 3st :D
Gortat 12 pts 11 rebs 4 bls :D

another HUGE game by this three and Ariza in the shadow with big help.
Beal should learn when, where and how many shoots he needs to take. Get rid of long 2-s

Beal -20 tonight. Why does he play more minutes than anyone else every game?

Hard to say Gooden or Miller was player of the game, but those missed March's bunnies and John's FT at the end of games is a recidivism...

Save for those two free throws and a couple of head scratching defensive plays, Wall played good. Loved Miller in his minutes and Gooden is his thang. He continues to be a phenomenal signing whatever your feelings of EG, especially when he's playing defense. Oh, and honorable mention to Gortat, he was solid all game long and had some big defensive plays.

eh, we just need one knicks loss and we're in the playoffs and I will stop bitching for a minute and commit all in for the playoffs, leave the 2nd guessing for the offseason.

I honestly don't care who we play in the playoffs. Feel like if we get insanely hot we can beat anyone, and if not we're drummed out in a few games anyway. I don't want Toronto, because crazy things happen when we play Toronto and win or lose I have felt the same catharsis playing them as against other teams. Why? Dunno. Have no animosity towards them? Don't really relish a rivalry with them? No clear explanation. But any other team I can get up a good nasty towards and will be happy to hate for a while.

I agree. We can beat anyone. Miami/Indiana, bring it on. The Wizards are deep and play with heart. That's all you need to win.
