We are talking Ray Allen for 1 year passing knowledge to Bradly Beal

He can coast during the session.
We can still try Glen Rice.

But come playoff this year, I want Ray Allen taught Bradly Beal in the playoff and Ray Allen in the wings.

It would be an awesome story and great exposure for the team.

I don't think he's interested in mentoring younger players. As has been said in this thread, it seems Allen's main priority in life right now is to ride Lebron's coattails as far as he can

A alternative to Allen I would look into would be Roger Mason Jr.

I mean as a min salary final roster spot guy he's a perfect fit IMO. Ray Allen's teammate last season, saw brief action for the Heat only getting in 25 games (starting twice). But year before for New Orleans played 69 games (starting 13), avg 17 min per game shooting 41.5% from 3.

A local guy and last played for Wizards in 2012, a classy vet who would be a good mentor for Beal, add needed guard depth, always works hard and stays prepared for when his number is called. Wouldn't interfere with Rice getting on the floor, but can give us a 3pt shooter off the bench until Webster gets back.
