You mean Chris *Fall*.

Run purposefully into someone, then fall down as if you were shot, and get the call.

:nonono:

Dude has a career as a stunt man when his NBA career is over. Fall over, leg kick, takes out the defender.. LOL

They need to suspend his ass for that crap.

Kelly Olynyk just became Ronda Rousey's favorite basketball player.

He's obviously a fan of her work.

It appeared to me that Olynyk did that on purpose.

Yes, he was purposefully holding Love's arm to prevent him from getting the rebound. Lots of guys do that all the time, especially veterans who have learned how to get away with it. Seems to me that Olynyk just held on too long. I don't think he was trying to hurt Love. Just a young guy trying to do a veteran move that he hasn't mastered yet.

Well Love did locked him up with an arm lock under the basket just seconds before. I think KO was just doing the same back and it didn't turn out well for Love. Nothing intentional I don't believe.

Now what JR Smith did ... dude is going to be suspended for a while I suspect.

Real nasty game.

Bottom line. CLE walked out without Love and JR Smith.. and that will hurt. CHI stands a much better chance now.

WIZ TO ECF

Looking at this pic, it certainly appears to be intentional:

Olynyk has Love's arm in a vice grip there. I've never heard of KO being a bad guy but that was a bush league move

From an MMA standpoint it wasn't bush league. It was well executed.

Just depends on whether he rotated his upper body, Rico.

If so that caused torque which resulted in injury to Kevin Love. If it was just KOs own momentum and awkwardness then it was incidental follow through which caused injury.

It didn't look incidental to me.

After seeing it about 5 times, Love first jabbed him in the ribs. He cleared out forcefully. Split second reaction by Olynyk.

I take back the intentional. His reaction popped the shoulder out. Just one of those things.

I am going to get a quick swim in. I feel worn out before the Wizards game.

Boston vs Cleveland was like UFC. The Clippers vs Spurs is also back and forth.

Olynik held Love, but I doubt he intended to hurt him. You can make a case that he tried to slow him down so his teammate could recover the loose ball.

J.R. Smith on the other hand should be suspended for the rest of the playoffs. There's just no room for **** like this in the NBA, and he's repeatedly been disciplined for dirty stuff like this to boot.

Also, can somebody explain to me how Perkins wasn't tossed?

Yah, I don't think Oly was malicious in intent, was it a wise move? No...but it just seemed like an aggressive mistake.

JR smith is an asshat. Should be 5 games minimum. Refs shoulda also never allowed Perk to stay in the game. Pushed him down then hit him in the face. Crowder got hosed by the refs. Hope he is ok.

I think Olynyk grabbed his arm to try and pull it off of him so he could get to the other side of it. It was a foul, but it was a basketball move that you do when you are trying to sidestep a guy who is boxing you out. If you are going to call that a suspension worthy offense, then it's going to be impossible to rebound anymore.

If JR is suspended for multiple games and if Love is out - that will be quite a setback for the Cavs against the Bulls.

If Love doesn't get hurt on the play the play wouldn't even have gotten any mention. Plays like this happen all the freaking time, and Love's comments following the game really turned me off on him playing for the Wizards.

A real cry baby.

Honestly Love is a turd of a player

softest "power" forward ever

Love for Wiggins may go down as the worst trade in NBA history when all is said and done. Especially if Love leaves for LA

I really hope J.R. Smith is out too. That guy should be ejected for the entire playoffs. There is no room for that BS in the league.

Artest got 6 games for this. He had a huge history. I think you gotta give JR 3 games, at least

That's really unfortunate for Kevin Love and the Cavaliers.

I still like Cleveland in this series, but with Love gone, this may very well turn into 7 game series slugfest.
