Yeah, tough to see that. They did trade for Afflalo, but now they go back to having depth issues. Before this they were a WCF contender IMO. Now? LMA may have played through that thumb injury for nothing.

Maybe they can pick up McGee to anchor that bench.

CJ McCollum needs to step up. He and Meyers Leonard are disappointments.

Wesley Matthews is not just offence, he is a pitbull on D! huge loss for them! Sucks for him too because its a contract year for him and he is 28 years old.... I look for them to pick up a young guy, maybe Seth Curry, he won't replace the lost D but he will shoot 3's like a mad man! Maybe Chris Douglas Roberts, Dominique Jones , or Jordan Crawford?

Well there goes Nate Robinson. Off to the Clippers.

Now we get to see if he is washed up or not.

Only a 10 day contract though. And they are looking at DL Andre Emmett

Isaiah Canaan is looking really good! So is Thomas Robinson. Some of the 76ers moves confused me to death, but they picked up two really nice diamond in the rough players!

Blue looked good. He had seven points. I think he looks to be better than Jabari Brown. I agree with you on Blue being in the NBA next year.

Clarkson looked terrific this same game. Looks like a young Gary Payton, but better offensively.

Won't that be some ****, if these young guys develop, and the lakers get two max guys or near max guys for next year.... they will be right back in the play off picture. Randle, Clarkson, 2015 first. plus guys like Blue and Davis. Every one is talking about how bad the lakers are, but they have a future.

The Laker roster has players with last names Black, Brown, and Blue.

Laker legend A.C. Green provides commentary on the Fox West Lakers studio shows.

And BOOM goes the dynamite:

The Oklahoma City Thunder have fired head coach Scott Brooks, the team announced Wednesday.

"This is an extremely difficult decision on many levels," general manager Sam Presti said in a statement. "This decision is not a reflection of this past season, but rather an assessment of what we feel is necessary at this point in time in order to continually evolve, progress and sustain. We determined that, in order to stimulate progress and put ourselves in the best position next season and as we looked to the future, a transition of this kind was necessary for the program."

I think Presti had to do it. Brooks has taken that team as far as they can go. Yeah, I know there have been injuries, but the reason the injuries hurt so much is because Brooks runs such an isolation-heavy offense that there are no easy shots generated for the role players. That OKC team has the talent to be like the Miami superteam of 3 years ago. Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka rival Lebron, Wade and Bosh, but OKC also has much better depth in the front court. Miami didn't play isolation ball with Wade and Lebron taking turns going one-on-one. Spoelstra managed to implement a very good offense with a lot of ball movement to leverage the play of Lebron and Wade without marginalizing the role players. If Brooks can't get it done, it's time for someone else to give it a try.

The Bulls vs Cavs series isn't over, yet there are stories about Thibs being replaced.

Maybe a prelude to a Calipari return to the NBA?

The Greek Freak has a brother who went 54th in last years draft to the Knicks. Thanasis Antetokounmpo turned-down offers and the Knicks stashed him with their D-League team, now they are ready for him to join the team next-year. Major hops.
