I think we all need to get over this idea of the name going back to "Bullets"...because it ain't going to happen. And why get all hung up about the name anyway. The "Lakers" comes from when they were in Minneapolis and has nothing to do with LA. And there's nothing "Jazzy" about Utah. The name "Jazz" is a holdover from the New Orleans days.

What matters is the quality of the team...not its name.

At least it's not as bad as the new clippers logo. Ouch.

What's wrong with the Clippers uniform/logo anyway?
