Oh dude....

Lets just start with the fact that Markieff didn't play in 4 of the 33 games after the all star break -- all wins.

And that he played 14 minutes the night we beat Chicago by 21 points.

And that 9 of the other 13 wins we had w/ Morris on the floor were against the worst teams in the league: Philly, Knicks, Lakers, NOP, Nets, Minny, and the Suns.

Give it up.

Do you guys know the details. i thought only one of them was involved in the physical altercation it self and if that is the case, how is the defendent going to identify the attacker between twins. Unless there is some DNA evidence, isn't that going to be "reasonable doubt". In Civil court, is reasonable doubt good enough?

I havne't seen a police report or criminal complaint. I do recall reading several articles when we traded for Marcus and indicated that it was only 1 of them involved physically while the others were trying to deescalate the situation.

Preponderance of evidence is the term generally used for the threshold needed in civil court.
