Guessing that Otto hasn't won the MIP or the MVP yet. Only in the analytic circles. Sato is not Rookie of the Year or even best new Euro. And Gortat can't blame the bench this time. :banghead:

Actually Gortat can blame the bench. Outside of Sato, and maybe 2 minutes of Thornton in the 2nd quarter, we've gotten nothing from the bench again.

I am actually wondering, if you gave a brain dead 12 year old 200M dollars, if he could have done as bad a job constructing this roster as Ernie did.

A random number generator, with each number corresponding to a different NBA player, would have done a better job.

BS. The bench didn't start this game completely flat.

I feel worse than when we sucked with Javale, Young and Blatche

I would have done the same thing. No dunks. They just needed to dribble the ball out.

Gortat should complain about getting only 6 shots against a team with no shotblocking.

Saric coming down for a breakaway dunk with 1 second left. Wall fouled him hard from behind.

I think the Wiz were down by 4 when Wall went out in the first quarter. It got as bad as 24 so I think the bench gets a nice chunk of the blame.

Love the E.G. humiliation and yes, the tank is good for Wizards future assuming E.G. Is fired.

Well they had the game won, all he had to do was dribble the ball out. I don't blame Wall.

At least Thornton got 13 shots up but when you have no other three point threats and you're down big, I guess that's the strategy.

Can we please get back to talking about Antonio Daniels' knee now that that little, pathetic distraction is over.

That's assuming a lot.

I agree, no real harm, but he needs to be careful about getting too many techs/flagrants, and getting a hard foul rep with refs

Keef got two fouls within the first 30 seconds so it's kind of tough to pin it all on the bench because Nicholson was in and McLellan got the start (he was pretty bad). To me, they all stunk tonight except for John in the second half. I don't care what the numbers show in this game. They were f-ing flat, especially on the defensive end in the first half. Those same guys w/o Johh, played hard against Chicago.

Ernie has no cover, absolutely none...although he will try to trot-out the injury excuse AGAIN.

Brooks might get fired before EG does, and that would take a lot for Ted to eat that much money. I've basically given up in that case because Ted just doesn't care. EG is his puppet and he's pulling the strings.
