YOUR Washington Bullets are on a winning streak. WTF?! :o

Saturday night, they'll try to make it 3 in a row to improve to 6-9. However, they play the San Antonio Spurs, so it'll most likely be 5-10 with an end to the winning.

The Spurs are coming off a come from behind win at Boston. They are 9-0 on the road and they have re-tooled and unleashed more gems on to the league. Jonathon Simmons has emerged as a key bench reserve on the wing, they've brought in Davis Bertans over from Europe (was included in the George Hill for Leonard deal in 2011) and they've basically replaced Tim Duncan with Pau Gasol.

But the focus of their team is Kawhi Leonard who now has more career steals than fouls at this point :o and looks poised to win his 3rd straight Defensive Player of the Year and perhaps even the league MVP. Lamarcus Aldridge is still at the top of his game.

Will the Wizards bench lose the game? (Hint: Yes, they will. Spurs bench is way better)

BTW, I refuse to put Marcus Thornton or Jason Smith in these game threads. They have no business being on an NBA roster. I'd rather play the undrafted rookies.

Hopefully San Antonio rests a LOT of players.

Who knows. Maybe Pops takes it easy on us knowing we'll have to suffer through Trump in the District for, I dunno, a year and a half or so.

This is a Blue Level game, the third-highest price level.

There's not much resale inventory left for this one, and many resale tickets at all levels are priced higher than comparable still-available seats from the box office.

The last 3-9 rows of most 400 level sections (all except the sidelines) are unsold and available for $26-$29.

If I really wanted to go to this game and didn't have tickets, I'd see if I could get a deal out on F St, knowing I could always get a $26 ticket at the box office.

Going for three in a row, which should ensure an appearance by milellie111.

Mahinmi will be a welcome sight. Obviously, he should get all the backup C minutes. It'll be interesting to see what Mahinmi's presence does to the rotation at PF. Does Brooks now go with Nicholson (benching Smith completely) because Mahinmi can make up for Nicholson's awful D? Or maybe Brooks plays more Otto at PF with more SF minutes going to Sato and Oubre, since Mahinmi is actually an above-average rebounder for his position who will compensate for us giving up a few boards at other positions.

Also, is Wall playing? Is his B2B restriction lifted?

Wasn't Wall's b2b status lifted a while back? I mean he did play a b2b recently.

Mahinmi will make the defense better. Didn't think he brought much value but now I get what he brings.

I thought Mahinmi was an average rebounder for his position.

Is going under screens the plan? Are you really worried about Parker going by you Wall?
