I'm not used to the Skins picking someone I wanted them to pick. Hopefully he is healthy.

I was ready to quit being a Redskins fan if they picked Mixon. I don't know if that was even an option, just seemed like a boneheaded thing that the Redskins would do, because the Redskins do dumb shyt on the regular. Lucked into Allen instead? Wow!!! I was already enamored with the off-season acquisitions of Pryor and Brown. Now I'm starting to get a little excited about this squad again.

I understand wanting to trade him, but I don't see getting much for him unless a team feels they can solve his ball security issues. And with talk of the skins drafting a RB today, I can't help but think other teams feel they can get a RB better than MJones today too.

I think a team hoping to grab a RB in day 3 & missing out on the back they wanted, may trade for him. Still I think we are lucky if we can get a late 5th for MJones. I'd still trade him though.

Round 2
Ryan Anderson
Edge rusher
Described by some as a Physical throw back OLB

https://youtu.be/hbOGnUSMe1c

From NFL Draft Profile
BOTTOM LINE Well-schooled with a high football IQ and a history as a winner. His disciplined, assignment-based approach to the game should resonate with defensive coordinators. ...he should be a safe pick and a long-time starter as an outside linebacker.

From CBS
One veteran NFC linebackers coach considers Anderson one of the better outside linebacker prospects to come around in a long time: "Just watch the (bleeping) tape! This kid is a man."

Another NFC linebacker coach expressed the following to Anderson after the combine: "When all the coaches get past all of this combine bulls--t, they will get to the film and understand that you are one of the best players at any position in this draft."

Next pick R3-17-P81
Still got some talent available on defense or offense.
CB, FS or OG, RB

Round 3
Fabian Moreau
CB

From NFL DRAFT PROFILE: BOTTOM LINE Moreau is an explosive athlete who had to transition from running back over to cornerback. While the transition has taken some time thanks to inexperience and his 2015 injury, Moreau's tape shows a more confident and consistent cover man than before. Moreau's strength, speed and athleticism will move him up draft boards, but a torn pectoral muscle at his pro day could cause him to drop a round.
