Great win and all but how can this be more satisfying than the win over the Cavs?

We just had a slug fest with a JV team missing FOUR of its best players. It should have never come down to this even though it was exciting as hell.

Beating LeBron on national TV was much more better.

I don't know. It's just I knew that we were going to beat the cavs, for some reason, so it wasn't unexpected.

This was a great game because they played like crap and still managed to pull out a miraculous win. Yay!

Yeah, here's the thing....

With the Cleveland game, there was no point at which I said we were definitely going to lose (ie: we have no chance of winning, might as well go home-kinda feeling). Yeah, the last play with LeTravel was nerve-wrecking, but it's not like there wasn't a 50/50 shot he'd miss.

With this game, I honestly didn't think we had a 1% chance to win, at the end (down however many with 1min left, or so).

It was no bigger or smaller of a win, as opposed to the Cleveland game, but the feeling of relief is much bigger, IMHO.

You and everyone in the building.

The aisles were full with everyone heading towards the exits after Magette hit the second FT to put the Clips up 4 with 7 seconds to go.

The folks started coming back to their seats after AJ's 3.

Me, I learned long ago to stay until the final buzzer for any Wiz game.

Yeah, you said it. I was totally convinced they were gonna lose, and then they just pulled the rabbit outa the hat. Sweet!

Actually, I did wander away for a sec and was just listening to it. How did we get the ball back after jamison's three with seven seconds left?

AJ's ridiculous off balance 27 footer 3 cut it to one, so we fouled on the ensuing inbound pass.

Tim Thomas makes two FT's and we call TO (and advance the ball to half court).

Inbound pass goes to AJ and a (mysterious?) foul was called on the Clips. AJ hit all 3 FTs to tie it up and eventually send it to OT.

Here's the weird thing with me - even though I may not think we have a snowball's chance in hell, I'll never leave a game early.

It really annoys me when fans walk out of a game with time left, just so they can get out of the building before the "rush". Seems sort of classless, in a way.

Though it also may be the fact that I'm a notorious cheapskate and want to get every bit of the money paid for the damn tickets.

Tellin' you people, Wiz fans gotta stop quitting on a team that refuses to quit on itself. Even when they play like suck they always make a run.

well we have the lamest crowd I've ever seen at an nba game. every time i've been to a game you could hear a pin drop in the arena. I've gone to warriors games even before they were any good and it was loud and roudy

Yup, I've been saying that for a while. We have one of the worst crowds in the NBA.

Those of us who were left were pretty loud during the OT. About as loud as I've heard it all year. :D

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

That was a huge win. We maintain 6th place in the East. We get confidence that we can, indeed, beat the Magic, even without Gilbert, yadda yadda.

WOOOOOOOOOO!
