Yup for a bit. He recently parted ways with Efes Pilsen.

Sounds like the kind of guy who I wouldn't mind if he coached our team. I'd be open for anything at this point. Let's go David Blatt! Save the Wizards and unlock the potential within our team! Show us a coaching philosophy which makes sense and give us the focus and intensity that Eddie never will. WOOOOOT

NBA Scout: "Actually, I'm just telling you that Eddie Jordan is a fine coach so you will keep him and remain a horrible team. Afterall, that's part of my job as a scout. I have to do everything I can to give my team an advantage against your team. The Wizards having Eddie Jordan as a coach is a huge advantage for our team or any team that plays against the Wizards."

And he is not a retread like JVG or Carlisle. The only guy I'd take over Blatt right now is Larry Brown.

LOL. Ivan's NBA scout probably works for a bottomfeeder like the TWolves

Shoot, I wouldn't be surprised of LeBron and Mike Brown let the Wiz win 2 in Washington in hopes that EJ keeps his job so that they'll have a free pass to the second round again next year.

Look at how SVG made Hedo a star, DH into a machine, and Orlando into a clear threat, dispite having not nearly the talent as we do. Coaching matters. EJ hasn't gotten mad or animated in THREE YEARS (since the Bulls game before the playoffs in 05 where he was remanding for a lack of defense). EJ NEEDS TO GO!

Likewise, Blatt made Kiri overcome his softness to win Russia the Eurobasket title.

David Blatt would be good for the team, but I don't know if with Jamison and Arenas if the egos of the team will unbalance the Team offense and Team Defense. Having him is like becoming Jazz or Pistons 2.0

Lol. Well at least he's an NBA coach while Eddie Jordan is stinking it up at Rutgers
