Kid defiantly showed some skills tonight as well as other recent game but that PG passing thing isn't one of them.

He can run, rebound and score around the hoop.

Now he needs to learn to see the floor better on passes and add an outside shot. I would keep him around. I think he will add those things.

+1 I like Crit and love his potential. But, his ball distribution skills sometimes give me an ice cream headache -- especially since one of my favorite parts of the game is the awe-inspiring thread. But, he'll be a good defender/slasher. Meaning, we still need another guy with point guard skills.

Anytime you let guys like Mike Conley (no he's pretty awful) score 22 while getting 6 assists and 5 rebounds, you know your squad stinks on defense...

Good to see Haywood back, but man did he look rusty.

He looked a little heavier, too. Not much heavier, but he look like he lost some definitions in the arms.

That's to be expected since he had a wrist injury. I'm sure he wasn't benching.

Hey; I'm not knocking the guy. Just an observation. I'm sure he'll regain most of his muscle mass by the beginning of next season.

perfect tankilicious game

lots of good comments above

my own observations -

Marc Gasol is the real deal. He could end up being better than his bro.
He owned AB.

Gay is pretty good.

Haywood was ridiculously rusty offensively, ridiculously effective defensively.

Critt to me looks like a very solid potential replacement for what Larry Hughes
used to be as a compliment to Gil. He's got LH's size and slashing. He doesn't
appear to have LH's tendency to pick up charges leading a 3on1. I'm not saying
he's anywhere near what LH was in his contract year. But LH isn't that anymore
either. I'm saying for a guy on a rookie contract, he could be a decent compliment
to Gil, who as we all well know, makes his backcourt partners look much better.
And if he develops a decent jumper, watch out. He boards as well as any G we've
had since Darrell Walker. I think EG has the opportunity to take the best player
in the draft at our pick regardless of position. Right now a 3 guard rotation of
Gil, Nick and Critt looks to be adequate.

Nice fight in Caron and AJ making this an entertaining game. But the right ending.
Tankilicious.

Next year when the kids are back in reserve roles, things should be fine.
