Heh. You'd think that would tell you something.

Seriously dude, you must have the worst karma. I blame your parents, they named you 'jihad' for cryin out loud...

I'd beg you to become a Cavs fan, but I know that would backfire somehow.

My man, ji. Disaster addict, ideal fan for Les Boulez. Just comical.

Doc that was dame funny, Cheers!!!!

He's gotten a lot better at taking the last shot. This and his shot in the Indiana game were just incredible.

I'm confused. Which team was trying to tank?

Caron used the same MJ-on-Bryon Russell pushoff that he used to win the Indiana game. It works like a charm, but is a total offensive foul.

At this point, we're basically locked into the third spot, so I'd like to see us win our last two games. While the odds were way different, the Caps had the third worst record when they won the Ovechkin lottery. Maybe the Wiz can do the same.

If we tie with the Clippers with 19 wins, who wins the tie breaker?

i dont think there is one. I think they just split the odds of the two slots.

Ji even you can see the writing on the wall, so if your a TRUE WIZARDS FAN, No more threads this season.

No, see, he HAS to start the next thread. You can't mess with the mojo. It's when we start messing around with stuff that real disasters start. Remember this whole season started with MOrgil's brand x season opener gamethread, then Jwiz moping about not getting to start the dxckmeasuring contest vs mille, then miller locking the thread and allowing Jwiz to restart the season. The mojo will not be trifled with. If we win out, fine, we show good character. If we lose, fine we have a 2% better slot. Fact is in a year like this having the 3rd slot might not be as good a position as the 6th, since conventional wisdom often drives teams to take a consensus better player at 3, while at 6th you may simply follow your instincts and take the guy you like.

Anyway ji ending the season would be the perfect coda for a crap year like this.

Which is why I expect ji won't actually start the next game thread. And untold horribles will surely occur.

When I woke up today, my 1st thought was WHY did we win that game.

Even Butler said only Blake will HELP!

Why!

All I can say is Butler what were you thinking? It was a worthless ROAD game, F-TAP.

CB3 definitely did not get the memo... which is funny, because after his Griffin comments, you would think that it was he who wrote the memo.

Right, by refusing to start the next thread in the belief that this will influence whether the Wizards win or lose (when that only makes a marginal difference at this point), he'll bring down something worse. And ensure we don't get Blake.

Now THAT would be excellent. Tankscott would treat it like the playoffs and play his big three 40 minutes while Dunleavy would bring in the American University intramural runners up.

Off topic, but I've always thought that a cool way to re-do the draft would be to do an NCAA style single elimination tournament between all the non-playoff teams, except that each game would be on the homecourt of the team with the worse record. Top 4 finishers in the tournament would get the top 4 picks, the rest of the picks would be in order of worst to best record.

I guess the players' union probably wouldn't be too keen on it (depending on how much they paid everyone), but the NBA would definitely sell some tickets.
