We need more professional coaches in sports who, instead of trying to force players to fit a system, build the system around the strengths of the players. Every player has strengths, as well as weaknesses, but if you put them in positions to succeed,you will surely be more successful than trying to find that one-two combo that will automatically put you in contention for championships.

This team just seems soft. Only really physical player is Nene.
