I see him as a glue type player at this point.

Some of everything but his passing skills and court vision are probably his most developed skills.

I think Flip will reel him in before he starts to unleash him and grow his game.

Solid D, Good Passing with Assists, a block or two, 6 or so rebounds and a consistent 15 footer along with some easy shots around the rim from back cuts. That along with he can bring the ball up the court. That's good value right there. He doesn't need to be a star.

I believe we will see less one-on-one this year but down the road he will develop that part of his game more. Less KG right now and more like Odom. But with any comparison they will all fall short until he develops more maturity because that is his greatest weakness, not talent.

That is were Flip and Sam come in and that is where age could help Dray.

That is the main improvement I'm looking for from him this year. Maturity.

maturity is the key,but confidence from teh coach can really help it
