So peace is restored to the universe.

In related news, never trust anyone who doesn't go a little bit gonzo now and again. If they don't have really low blood pressure or they're savin' it up for a date with a rifle and a clock tower.

Are we having an intervention up in here for my man CCJ the bipolar bear? Relax my friend. I can't see how any one of us ought to be taken seriously. We waste long minutes and brainpower tapping the keys regarding the hapless Bullets franchise, clearly our judgment is always in question. Shoot, though, if we can't call each other idjits on the internet, then you know: letterbombs.

But other than that, y'alright? Hope all's good in general. Or that it will be eventually.

I know where you were on most of these things, and I agreed with you about
many of them. At worst I'd say the repetition can be tiresome. But you're hardly
the only person guilty of being repetitive. I resemble that remark as well.

Thanks, jim.

hermitkid wrote:Offensive is probably the wrong word, but your constant whining about Millsap, Blair and every other pick you ever recommended is extremely grating.

I respect the hell out of you otherwise but lately it seems like you've had a bit of an over the top drama queen act going. Just my opinion and I'm fully aware that I don't contribute nearly as much to the board as you.

Thanks, hermitkid.

I've had a lot on my mind lately. I think my outside issues have resulted in me being a bit of a drama queen, indeed. I wasn't that aware of it but it's pretty obvious now that you mention it.

I second this, and am publicly in favor of a banning this character known as CCJ.

Seriously....why for this thread CCJ?

Could all be a cry for help, yungal.

Could be I really want to know.

Or, could be some stuff doc mentioned already contributing.

OKAY: I already said so in the thread starter. I don't want to piss off the world in cyberspace. Tough enough in real life to get along with people. Many of you are the closest thing to friends I have.

I stopped reading there. You have to understand - when people are consistently wrong, they tend to lash out in frustration. Just imagine how you would feel if you were wrong as often as DCZards.

It's not about you, dude. Trust me.

(Disclaimer: The above post is for entertainment purposes only. Other than supporting Eddie Jordan, I have no specific examples of DCZards being wrong about anything. Void where prohibited.)

LR, what I nice way to say that without really calling anybody out, if you really believe the disclaimer. :)

DCZards wrote:Hey CCJ, why'd you have to go there. I didn't use the word "offensive" to describe your posts and never would. In fact, I find them entertaining most of the time...and I truly, truly admire your passion as well as your willingness to admit when you've gone over the top. I respect you, bro!

All of us have our moments...both good and bad. My post that led to this crazy discussion was simply an attempt to be honest and candid with you, man. But it's just my opinion.

Please don't take anything I say (or what anybody else on this board says for that matter) personally. I certainly don't let the things people say about me or my opinions get under my skin.

Peace & Love

The best thing in the world is to be honest, DCZards. It's a virtue.

My honest opinion was you made it personal. Now, I'm just thinking up the meds and don't post a while.

It's all good.
Bye bye Beal.

All's gonna be fine. Sometimes you have to ask folks how you're doing ... if you can bear to deal with the truth and get the right support when needed.

I just wish Delonte West didn't ride out like he did without others in his life to save him from making a bad mistake.

doc, I'm going through some minor stuff--health, marriage, kids, death of close friends .... oh, and managing the bipolar thing.

But what really sucks is the Wizards didn't draft ....! (Just kidding)

I will be fine. Thanks for wasting your hours and brainpower here, too.

All of you are good company. God Bless.
Bye bye Beal.

miller31time wrote:CCJ, you know we love you. You're the unofficial father of the Wiz-Board.

If I could give you one piece of advice (which I don't normally do so beware...), it would be to not take things so seriously. If someone gives you a critique on anything, don't take it so personally. It's not that big a' deal.

Are there certain things you, me and everyone else does that might irk another poster for a small amount of time? Sure, so is life. If what they say has any basis in reality, then maybe consider toning it down. If it doesn't, don't let it get to you. Either way, the wrong thing to do is take it as a complete and utter attack on your character.

And don't ever stop posting. The last thing this board needs is for a long-time contributor like yourself to leave.

PS: Where the hell is Pine?

Roger that, to all the above, miller.

Damn, miller. I swear today I've thought the same thing. WHERE IS PINE?

I thought he might be posting as "Hawaii" or something like that, due to him being really busy. But I've wondered the very same thing.

On some other news, check this out
http://www.bulletsforever.com/2009/10/2 ... he-numbers

They break down each players numbers from the pre season so far. They least each player and then talk about their game so far:
DeJuan Blair

* Dammit.

Paul Davis

* Is not DeJuan Blair.

Just for you CCJ
