- The change of positions from part-time center to full-time power forward
- The change of offensive strategy from EJ's isolation to Flip's more ball-movement-friendly one
- Blatche simply putting in the time necessary to be more consistent and effective
- Maturation, plain and simple

I think in addition to improving his skills Blatche has improved his conditioning. That may fall in the category of maturation, but I think it is important enough to mention on its own.

Blatche, everytime he performs well, I will reward him with my vote. He needs the incentive to keep it up!

I voted for Gil, which wasn't easy after Blatche had arguably the best game of his career. Gil was just so efficient, he could have put 50 on that team if he'd played in the 4th quarter.
