NY can't trade David Lee unless he agrees to it. If traded, the receiving team (Washington) would not have Bird Rights on Lee. Therefore, David Lee would decline the trade and Washington wouldn't be interested anyway.

BRIGGS, this is about the 3rd or 4th time you've created a thread on the Wizards Board proposing a trade and each time, they're locked and you are asked to use the stickied trade thread next time.

You're clearly not caring about that request so the next time you do create a trade thread on this board, you will be suspended. I'd strongly advise you to post all trade proposals in the stickied thread.
