Wizards has a lousy medical team, a threadbare scouting department, a completely incompetant gm for years (Wes), and, prior to the construction of the phone booth, facilities that DII colleges would have shunned.

Look at the Caps post Pollin. It is an organization that does all the little things right.... yet, I remember all of the years in the wilderness prior to the ownership transition.
