Why do NBA decision makers and top flight European teams shy away from this former D League MVP? He is a much better passer today and has converted to the point guard full time. I wonder how he would compete against elite level defenders, but the question still remains.

A big part of basketball is putting the ball in the basket. His shot is broke.

True, but as a third string point guard, NBA teams are not going to be looking for him to take long range shots all game. Don't they just want him to run their sets and provide energy?
