Hi everyone. Just got invited into a keeper league so I'm carrying over people from whomever the last guy was. 14 Teams, 13 Players, 9 cat.

Draft's in a few days, but I'm trying to figure out who I'm gonna keep. League only allows keeping 1 PG, 1 F, 1 C and 1 Rookie. What are your thoughts on who I should keep? I've listed who I'm keeping below

Anywhoo, here's the roster so far:

Chris Paul LAC - PG - Keeper
Damian Lillard Por - PG
Ty Lawson Den - PG
DeAndre Jordan LAC - C
Klay Thompson GS - SG,SF - Keeper
Jimmy Butler Chi - SG,SF
David Lee GS - PF,C - Keeper
Kyle Korver Atl - SG,SF
Robin Lopez Por - C
Lance Stephenson Cha - SG,SF
DeMarre Carroll Atl - SF,PF
Enes Kanter Uta - C
Cody Zeller Cha - PF,C - Default Rookie keeper -.-

Im in a conflict with David Lee and DeAndre Jordan, though it seems production wise, David Lee is the guy to go with, though I'll give up on blocks. Idk. Your thoughts?

3. Marc Gasol (Mem - C)
4. Ricky Rubio (Min - PG)

6. David Lee (GS - PF,C)
7. Gerald Green (Pho - SG,SF)
8. Joe Johnson (Bkn - SG,SF)

10. Jeff Green (Bos - SG,SF)

2. Drummond
3. Lawson
4. Horford
5. Korver
6. G. Hill

How much did I over pay? Or did I even over pay to acquire Giannis?
10team, fga, fgm,fta, ftm,oreb, reb, ast, stl,blk, to, ejection, techs,dd, td, pts. H2h

As an avid Buck fan I really like to have at least one of the Bucks' worthy players on my roster (and at this point i can't count Ersan in that category), never had to trade for one though....This year's a bit different. I don't mind a slight over pay but seeing where this falls. Obviously SF is a position of luxury as I'm a bit thin (understatement) at PG...and SG could use upgrading. ..

Out: Drummond, Deron
In: Kyrie, BLopez, Giannis

I have Dwight to man C and needed ast #s...I refuse to punt categories. ..

Leaving me with...
PG: Kyrie
SG: JButler, Korver, Afflalo
SF: KD, Melo, Iggy, DCarroll, Giannis
PF: LMA, JHill, Ilyasova
C: Dwight, Lopez

PG/SG/SF/PF/C/G/F/ 3xUtil/ 3xBench
Thinking I could swing Melo once KD returns and shore up SG/PG. Have a waiver claim on Burke and Smart. (FA PG pretty slim) Thanks y'all.

Hey, I'm in a 10 team, standard 8 cat league. Please rate my team, and if there are any trades I should try to go for please let me know.

PG: Stephen Curry, Ricky Rubio, Jeremy Lin
SG: Victor Oladipo, Dante Exum
SF: Jabari Parker, Trevor Ariza
PF: Kevin Love, Paul Milsap, Dirk Nowitzki, Greg Monroe
C: Spencer Hawes, Shaq xD

Shaq was just for fun, I'm obviously replacing him, lol. I really wanted to get Robin Lopez in the draft since his FT % is pretty high but someone snagged him before my pick. By the way, what kind of value can I get out of Nowitzki? He fell a lot in the draft so I was surprised I was able to snag him, and even though he fits my team pretty well, just wondering.

Rating? Opinions?

Not terrible but not good either. I think MCW, Josh Smith and Tony Parker are not going to be good for fantasy. I do like the Korver, Beal, K-Mart picks. Everyone else is very meh you'll make the playoffs if you set your roster but you'll probably lose to the first person in the playoffs who is still active.

Can someone rate my team? It was auction draft and I overpaid two players (Davis, Lowry). I am not sure if I have well balanced team though.

Yahoo league (11 teams, fantasy points) - turnovers, personal fouls and attempted free throws are the most penalized categories, while steals, blocks and assists are the opposite.

Lowry
Wade
Young
Davis
P. Gasol
Afflalo
Pekovic
Butler
Draymond Green
Dieng
Payton
Carroll
Tucker

I would be thankful for any feedback.

Finally finished with my draft. Had a hard time with connecting to the net during the draft so I'm not completely happy with what I got.

*Edit: 10 man team (excluding 3 BN), 14 Players, H2H, 9-cat

Chris Paul - Keeper
Klay Thompson - Keeper
David Lee - Keeper
Derrick Rose
Eric Gordon
Ersan Ilyasova
Carlos Boozer
Jimmy Butler
Josh McRoberts
Nikola Pekovic
Jarrett Jack
Nick Young
Channing Frye

Had no idea Channing Frye was going to be out so long. I'm thinking of dropping him for the mean time and picking up Neal/Hinrich/Bargnani/MKG before the season starts. What are your thoughts? Would much appreciate the advice.

So, I just picked my team in a 10-man draft. Yahoo, standard categories, H2H. Obviously I got stupid lucky that people panicked when Durant got hurt, but did I go too old with the roster, in general? Should I look to grab some FAs instead?

1. (4) Chris Paul (LAC - PG)
2. (13) Kevin Durant (OKC - SF,PF)
3. (20) Dirk Nowitzki (Dal - PF,C) (Lost Drummond the pick before me)
4. (29) Goran Dragic (Pho - PG,SG) (Klay Thompson went 3 picks before)
5. (36) Derrick Rose (Chi - PG)
6. (45) Tim Duncan (SA - PF,C)
7. (52) Kenneth Faried (Den - PF) (Favors went one pick before)
8. (61) Nerlens Noel (Phi - PF,C)
9. (68) Lance Stephenson (Cha - SG,SF)
10. (77) Zach Randolph (Mem - PF,C)
11. (84) Joe Johnson (Bkn - SG,SF)
12. (93) Andrew Wiggins (Min - SF)
13. (100) Isaiah Thomas (Pho - PG)

Top 5 FA at each position (noting duplicates, but skipping them to get more names):

PG - Ja. Crawford, Collison, Chalmers, E. Payton, B. Knight (Burke, Smart, and Exum also out there)
SG - D. Green, Antetokounmpo, (Ja. Crawford,) Iguodala, B. Knight, Manu
SF - (D. Green, Greek Freak) Ilyasova, (Iguodala), Dray Green, Barnes, Gallinari, D. Carroll
PF - J. Hill, McRoberts, (Ersan), Frye, Sullinger, Boozer (Gordon, Randle, Henson, Asik all out there)
C - (Hill/McR) Bogut, (Frye), Olynyk, (Sullinger, Boozer), H. Sims, Mozgov, Dieng (this is a wasteland, aside from swing guys like Varejao and the aforementioned Henson and Asik.)

Durant went in like the 5th round in my league and he went literally ONE pick before I was going to snatch him up, he almost fell right into my lap. But here's the team I ended up with....

Head to head points league.... We run 10 starters - your traditional starting 5 (PG, SG, SF, PF, C) and then 5 utility starters, and we round out the team with 2 bench guys (There are 3 IR slots, as well, so if anyone gets hurt, you can sign people out of the free agent pool) - but essentially you have a 12 man roster with 10 starters. This is the 3rd year in a row that we are running the same league on ESPN fantasy. It's a 10 team league, and 8 of the 10 owners have come back every year, with 2 new owners in the 2nd year, and now 2 other new owners to replace them in the 3rd. But overall, it's a very competitive league.

I won the league championship in the 1st year, with a record of 14-2. Last season, I finished in 3rd place with a record of 11-8. We reward winners in our league by basing the order of the draft off the standings in the previous year. And we have never ran a keeper's league, but it's something we have been discussing. But anyway, here's what I put together!

PG - Tony Parker
SG - Stephen Curry
SF - DeMar DeRozan
PF - Blake Griffin
C - DeMarcus Cousins
UTIL - Jeremy Lin
UTIL - Andrew Wiggins
UTIL - Dirk Nowitzki
UTIL - Zach Randolph
UTIL - Nikola Pekovic
Bench - Tim Hardaway Jr
Bench - JR Smith

2012-2013 Roster (League champions 14-2):
* We ran 15 man team with 3 IR slots, so you could technically have up to 18, that year

PG - Kyrie Irving/Stephen Curry/Ricky Rubio
SG - Kobe Bryant (Injured)/Monta Ellis/Jamal Crawford/Tracy McGrady
SF - Carmelo Anthony/JR Smith/Kyle Korver/Matt Barnes
PF - Tim Duncan/Zach Randolph/Blake Griffin/Amare Stoudemire (Injured)
C - David Lee/Larry Sanders/Anthony Davis (Injured)

This was definitely the most stacked team I've ever had in fantasy basketball history, but that isn't the initial team I drafted. Some of those guys are free agent pick-ups and trade acquisitions.

2013-2014 Roster (3rd place 11-8):
* That year we ran 8 starters (5 position players, 3 utility) with 5 bench players and 3 IR slots, so you could have up to 16 guys, but I had 14

PG - Chris Paul
SG - Monta Ellis
SF - Carmelo Anthony
PF - Tim Duncan
C - Al Jefferson
UTIL - Dirk Nowitzki
UTIL - Dwayne Wade
UTIL - Pau Gasol
Bench - Robin Lopez
Bench - John Henson
Bench - Trevor Ariza
Bench - Lance Stephenson
Bench - Chandler Parsons
Bench - Samuel Dalembert
