I feel like I have a lot of guys who can bust. I might try flipping Granger and someone (maybe derozan) for Zach Randolph and then try to trade for LeBron with a trade centered around Amare. I feel like most of my guys are really iffy. Hibbert could either be really good or he might have a miserable year so I might wanna move him before he starts sucking. I'm also thinking about dropping someone for Faried. thoughts?

drop favors. faried is worthless. it'sa 10-teamer bro. there'sa **** talent out there. grab okur if you havent already. if TOs count your team is iffy. not how i'd construct a team but pick-by-pick it could b worse

you could trade noah or monroe for a pg. drop t-mac. beasley actually works well on this team. but your A/T looks like it's gonna be atrocious. so it looks like you're punting FT and A/T. as a result it's hard to see you compete

good team cept you're geting raped in 3s. derozan pick costs you big time. do what it takes to acquire gallo. frye/derozan? drop butler. it's unfortunate none of your big men get blocks. trade gortat. get blocks somehow.

if it's not too much trouble it'd be great if you guys could group your team's by PGs, SG/SFs, and PF/Cs. i can give more accurate assessments of your team's strength/weaknesses and, most importantly, identify trade targets

in general i'm gonna be extremely available from now up until the first two weeks, maybe month, of the season, before i go mostly AWOL. you want to make your trades ASAP because, as is always the case before the season, people's conception of value is totally out of wack with reality. IF YOU WANT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF YOU NEED TO DO IT NOW NOW NOW. after the first couple of weeks it's all about rolling with what you have and smart management (which is extremely important and never talked about; think ill make a thread on this), which i'll definitely start talking about more as we come to that

i have no idea what modifications you made cuz there are a billion teams to look over but okay

this team is really good. you have a strong chance at winning your league. if a sg/sf sleeper makes noise, drop hayes for him and start shopping eric gordon and millsap for an elite big. if favors starts making any kind of noise grap him asap

good points. augustin is a MAJOR sleeper in turnover leagues. he was quite good last year. not high on davis and d-will but i understand why some people are. don't hesitate to drop them for the next hot thing like mehmet okur, who will be DYNAMITE in new jersey nets.

too bad you have s-jax, who is looking like a total bust. impossible to trade too. fortunately dudley should be dynamite.

(talking to everyone here) SERIOUSLY IF OKUR IS AVAILABLE IN YOUR LEAGUE ADD HIM ASAP. he played with d-will for half a decade, he doesn't foul, he hits FTs and 3s, he gets enough blocks not to kill you... the perfect fantasy center.

you fell for the gordon hype. sucks for you. god he is so friggin overhyped it's insane. team 1 is terribly constructed; way too many points, which are the most fungible and therefore least valuable category. team 2 is slightly better but your last 5 picks are atrocious. that's ruining your team in a 14-teamer.

decent squad. i'm eh on george hill. he has upside but prob not for a few months, and really prob not til next year. nick young sucks. you have good bigs. decent team but s-jax ruined your team. i'm not just saying that cuz of his injury; he was a terrible pick before and his fun vampireness just happened to come to fruition earlier than expected

btw i just drafted on wednesday and here's how my team came together. standard 12tm9cat:

PG: nash, kidd, calderon, brandon knight
SG/SF: Tony Allen, Joe Johnson, danilo gallinari, Evan Turner, James Johnson, brandon knight
PF/C: lamarcus aldridge, pau gasol, marc gasol, carl landry (dropping for okur who's on waivers; i prob wont get him w/ 7th priority)

i picked 6th overall and grabbed gasol. kidd, joe johnson, gallo, knight, allen were massive massive steals. this isn't the most competitive league but it's not (Please Use More Appropriate Word) either. i think i'm a lock for first place and am 100% happy with how my team is composed. just an example -shrugs-

I'm thinking SF might be my one weak spot, if Wright gets injured or just regresses. Being that there are so many bench spots and fewer starters in this league, I'm probably going to try a consolidation trade with one of my bigs for a SF. Bogut seems like a good trade candidate to me.

drop jennings for a big. if you get one last solid big your roster is the nuts.

that's an interesting trade. get a better second guy than salmons and i'd do it. evans hurts you a lot because of harris/cousins/s-jax. he's the most tradeable of those. i'd do evans for lawson straight up as well.

your team is weird. you're obviously punting tos. you can win leagues that way -- my first couple of years i knew nothing about TOs and won most of my leagues anyway cuz the rest of my roster was amazing -- but you can't slip up in anything else. obviously.

i'd drop rip and hayward for upside, bench george, harris, cousins and s-jax until they post decent lines and see where your team's strengths/weakness lie. go from there.

im assuming this is roto.

ty for organizing your team

am whatever about teague. your sg/sfs are too good. you need to reinforce bogut due to injury concerns. drop blair for blocks. jermaine o'neal i suppose. okur if he's not already available. odom/granger/wade help you out there so you should be strong there. i like this team though. if teague flops you will have a gaping hole. even if he doesn't TOs are a major concern

I'm thinking SF might be my one weak spot, if Wright gets injured or just regresses. Being that there are so many bench spots and fewer starters in this league, I'm probably going to try a consolidation trade with one of my bigs for a SF. Bogut seems like a good trade candidate to me.

this is such a weird format. not sure how qualified i am. paul, horford, gino, aldridge, wright, terry take huge huge hits in this format. bargs, beasley, teague gain a lot. dudley, afflalo lose. bogut's solid in this format. your team's solid but i can't pinpoint exactly how solid.

how many teams is this? i dunno why darko, hansbrough are on your team. your core players are solid but you lack upside at the end of your roster

Apathy, tell me how many players I reached for in my H2H 20 team roster, 9 standard cats:

1. (2) Chris Paul
(LAC - PG)
2. (39) Manu Ginobili
(SA - SG,SF)
3. (42) Channing Frye
(Pho - PF,C)
4. (79) Nicolas Batum
(Por - SG,SF)
5. (82) Arron Afflalo
(Den - SG)
6. (119) Paul George
(Ind - SG,SF)
7. (122) Ryan Anderson
(Orl - PF,C)
8. (159) Tyler Hansbrough
(Ind - PF)
9. (162) Tristan Thompson
(Cle - PF)
10. (199) Jason Thompson
(Sac - PF,C)
11. (202) Jonas Jerebko
(Det - SF,PF)
12. (239) Shaun Livingston
(Mil - PG)
13. (242) Eric Bledsoe
(LAC - PG,SG)

Might as well do my H2H 12 teams 9 cat league:

Round Pick Player Position
1. (3) Chris Paul PG
2. (22) Steve Nash PG
3. (27) Eric Gordon SG
4. (46) Greg Monroe C
5. (51) Marc Gasol C
6. (70) Danilo Gallinari SF
7. (75) DeMar DeRozan SG,SF
8. (94) Tyson Chandler C
9. (99) Shawn Marion SF,PF
10. (118) Ricky Rubio PG
11. (123) Austin Daye SF,PF
12. (142) Vince Carter SG,SF
13. (147) Jerryd Bayless

Both teams look a little soft but I actually prefer my 20 league team over my 12 league team.

I'm currently trying to figure out if I should dangle Dwight or Amare. I have an idea on what I'd want in return

I've been proposed the following trade too:
Ty Lawson + John Salmon for Evans + Hamilton

This is actually a head to head league.

*double post
Thank God for Don Nelson. He makes basketball fun. He and Mike D'Antoni should be revered for doing what most coaches are afraid to do: let players play.

Just wanna say mad respect for going out of your way to help everyone.

I think this team is better off than the other one I posted, but it's saturated with bigs. Before you bash me for picking 6 centers, just know that I was set on taking the best guys available; I'm thinking I definitely have trade pieces and my league isn't the brightest (I could probably pull off a robbery) so I'd appreciate input on what type of player I could target.

7-team Roto 9cat (12 man rosters; shallow as hell)

1. Lebron James, SF/PF
14. LaMarcus Aldridge, PF/C
15. Al Horford, PF/C
28. Serge Ibaka, PF/C
29. Steve Nash, PG
42. *Brook Lopez, C
43. Raymond Felton, PG/SG
56. Greg Monroe, C
57. Kyle Lowry, PG
70. Andrew Bogut, C
71. Mike Conley, PG
84. Tony Parker, PG

*I'm about to drop Brook and here are the top 12 FA's:
Marcus Thornton, SG
Antawn Jamison, SF/PF
Boris Diaw SF/PF
Darren Collison, PG
Jarrett Jack, PG/SG
Roy Hibbert, C
Stephen Jackson, SG/SF
Tony Allen, SG/SF
Jason Terry, PG/SG
Luis Scola, PF/C
Rodney Stuckey, PG/SG
Caron Butler, SG/SF

Diaw is my favorite being the jack-of-all-trades guy.
