Drop Ersan for J-Rich?

I drafted Ersan relatively early in the draft hoping that he'd put up AT LEAST the kind of numbers he was putting up at the end of last season. Unfortunately, he's be complete bust so far for me as I set him up in my first two weeks and tied my opponents in both, when I could have easily won starting other players.
So ... should I drop Ersan for J-Rich? Sigh ... WHIR ....

Nope. Give it a little more time unless your team is really struggling.
