Question about Gallinari

Post#1 » by HungerJames » Wed Jan 15, 2014 6:10 am

Is he coming back anytime soon? He's still on my FA list, and was wondering whether he's worth a stash? I'm thinking of dropping Terrence Jones for him. What do you guys think?

Do not drop Terrence Jones for Danilo Gallinari. He is putting up solid numbers and there is no timetable as I'm aware for Gallinari. If and when he does get back there is also the precaution that Denver will take and ease him back into game shape, so it's going to be a while before he is fantasy relevant.

I'd keep Jones as the safer player to have. Galo looks like light years away from being ready.

And just like that, Danilo is out for the season.

Generally, if Galo and McGee are healthy, the Nuggets are sure to be better next season. Add to that the guys that are on the verge of getting their contracts renewed and/or picked-up by the team like Faried, Fournier, and Mozgov just to name a few.

Fantasy-wise, Galo should be back to his old numbers once he is healthy. But I think he will have a lower ADP this year due to his injury.

What means ADP?Is that a scorer?
I think if Galo will heal completely, he'll become one of the best players of NBA. Don't you think?
What about Pacers? I like Pacers this season but what's happening to them, in 1round they seem in confusion.
The surprise are the Mavs, I didnt think they were so strong.

^ ADP means Average Draft Position. Galo's ADP surely takes a hit considering his injury even if he gets fully healthy. Could be a sleeper pick on the bright side.

The Pacers, yeah. Not really putting the blame on anyone since it really looks like a chemistry issue. But at least Vogel should've done something to sort out the minutes. Thought the 2nd half of the season was a test run, but it appears that up until now, he still seems to be confused with his rotation.

The Mavs are bringing it definitely, but I think San Antonio will end up winning.
