Is this a fair trade I'm high in boards already so that won't hurt to much and there's a few good guys on the wire like dray green , charmers , Terrence jones , Rubio , Danny green etc

I would do it if you are high on boards already. Deng hasn't been that consistent this season and you can probably pick someone up from waivers who will compliment you in the same way.
