NBA 2k15 - help me and my cousin set up a scoring system

Hi.

My cousin and I are going to start playing my gm in Nba 2k15, he'll control Philadelphia, and I'll control Utah. We're going to play/simulate 7 seasons, and we both have to agree to the trades the other wants to make with the AI, so as to prevent AI exploitation.

We were thinking of setting up a scoring system to make it more interesting and to see who was better in the 7 seasons, and we'd like your comments and suggestions. He's more of a "win from the start" type of guy, whereas I'm more "tank a few season, then start winning", so we'd like the system to encourage positive achievements and discourage tanking.

Thus far we have this:
Each win against the other in the regular season - 2 points (Uta-Phi play twice each regular season)
If we both make it to the finals - each win in the series against each - 4 points
Eliminated in the 1st round of playoffs - 4 points
Eliminated in the 2nd round of playoffs - 9 points
Eliminated in the conference finals - 15 points
Loss in the nba finals - 22 points
Winning a championship - 30 points
player in 1st all nba team or 1st all defensive team - 3 points
player in 2nd all nba team or 2nd all defensive team - 2 points
player in 1st all nba rookie team or 3rd all nba team - 1 point
player in 2nd all nba rookie team - 0,5 point
Coach of the year, 6th player of the year,... - 3 points
Season MVP - 5 points
