Add Giannis, G Green, Gobert over Hibbert?

I didn't want to own Hibbert this year because he was terrible last year. He fell to me super late in the draft and produced early on so I kept him. However, he's been terrible ever since he got back from his ankle injury. I feel like he isn't going to improve with West back and Hill on the way back as he isn't the focal point of the offense. Is he droppable in a 10 team league?
