Not sure about long term on court but in terms of fantasy I'd probably take Noel due to him being a steal + block machine. I'm also a biased sixer fan so I guess take my advice with a grain of salt.

Noel is the better player as of right now. Porzingis started his season very well, but you know he is gonna hit the rookie wall at one point. And outside of pts rbds and 3s not a lot more. Noel could be a BEAST this season, that is if he dont get hurt of course. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to take Noel
