Trade offer Whiteside vs Hayward

Post#1 » by the_cornetto » Wed Nov 4, 2015 3:12 pm

Hi everybody,

I have a trade offer for Gordon Hayward, a guy in my league is deeply in love with the Jazzman.

I'm typically in a sell-low situation given the bad start of Hayward and I feel like Whiteside can be a bust..

Of course, he posted up two huge games but I'm thinking he can get suspended for no reason or have a mental breakdown Larry Sander way... He is a clearly in a sell high situation

On the other hand, Hayward can only get better...

What would you say?

For information, I play in a 10 players league H2H 9 cat with Field Goal Percentage (FG%), Free Throw Percentage (FT%), 3-point Shots Made (3PTM), Points Scored (PTS), Total Rebounds (REB), Assists (AST), Steals (ST), Blocked Shots (BLK) and Turnovers (TO). No keepers.

How are your big men sitting right now? If you need blocks and rebounds I would snap that up, though I will admit I am still on the fence about how long Whiteside can produce at this level. I would probably only do it if my team was looking rough the first week and I need a revamp.

High risk, high reward. I am sure there is some sort of quote that would make this a definite yes.

I'm pretty bad on rebounds and blocks...

I punted blocks so I don't care but I hoped more rebounds from the wings... Players like Hayward obviously :banghead:
