I think Kelly oubre will come up and make an impact at some point this season. TJ McConnell on Philly will put up solid numbers assuming he's their starter. Jabari Parker could break out in a big way this year.

I think Larry Nance has the chance to steal the starting gig in LA midway through the season. He's just more effective than Randle.
Also, Frank Kaminsky and Cody Zeller. Hibbert is just a non-factor.

Obvious ones IMO are Dennis Schroder, Nurkic, Tyler Johnson, and Clint Capela. Personally I think Dante Exum, Aaron Gordon, Joel Embiid, and RHJ will do great this year.
