as the first team who's done, give me some input about the team. I think that's very peculiar team indeed

SG- Kirk Hinrich
G- DJ Augustin
SF- Gerald Wallace
SF- Thaddeus Young
PF- Jermaine O'Neal
PF- Nick Collison
F- Josh Howard
C-Nene Hilario
C -Chris Andersen
UT-Kyle Korver

IMO:

Assists, steals and blocks will be your best categories. Odd to see blocks being paired up with assists and steals, but as you said, it's a unique and peculiar-looking team. I think you'll be suffice everywhere else to compete, apart from rebounding, where you will probably struggle. Injury concerns over a few of your players also don't help.

For Coady:

Really strong in points, and I think you'll be a leader there, perhaps the leader. Elsewhere, there's nothing really wrong with your team, with only steals being a concern. Hard to see where you will end up.

Walter
Great in 3PT and will lead in FT% and TO. Elsewhere though I think you leave a little to be desired.

Not that worried about steals. I have 7 or 8 guys who should put up .8+
I was more worried about blocks. It's one cat. I can never get my head around.

I'm hoping for my team to be dominant in three's, TOs, FT% and BLKs....

FG% and assists are probably going to be a little troublesome...but if I can be mediocre in points and above average in boards, I think I got a shot.

Plus I like to think that every guy I drafted is durable and shouldn't miss any time (Rashard Lewis is a freak exception). I put a lot of thought into taking very few risks with my drafting. Monte is probably my biggest question mark.

Then again, roto has never really been my forte...so we'll see what happens

I changed my pick to Thabeet. If that was illegal go ahead and give me Udrih, no worries. But, just so there is no confusion make sure both my pick and my listed pick agree.

Thanks.

Evans is not going to be a bust!

But Beno will get minutes to hopefully raise his trade value and then get traded. Or at least that's what we hope.

IMO:

sacstar:
Really frail in blocks, TO and FT%, which is quite unexpected, as blocks and TO/FT% are often inversely-related. Elsewhere you look really solid across the board, and will be fighting for high spots in the other categories. 3PTM is a little worrisome too I guess.

jazz:
Interesting strategy, just don't know if it will work. Strong in blocks and rebounds, but par or below everywhere else. Really not feeling it, but you have a season to prove me wrong.

YS
I thought my draft went pretty well, but there are sure to be question marks. But I think outside of points and perhaps 3PT, I have everything covered. Most of you will know what my penchants are, and this team is no different.

nos:
Outside of rebounds and TO, your team looks very sound, and it will be very competitive in the other 7 categories.

Woody:
You really powered up in PTS/REB/AST and ST/FG% are also strong points. 3PT/TO are duds, and FT% could be improved. Other than that, a solid draft.

tk:
I can see where you were trying to go, but 3PT/FT% are your main strengths, and REB/TO are solid, everywhere else you have sold yourself short. Won't have the firepower to beat the top teams, but anything can happen if your roster stays together.

loot:
Interesting to see you go for impact players, and at an early stage, I thought it could work. Now I am not so sure. 3PT/AST/TO/FT% leave a little to be desired about. A team with immense upside however, and perhaps I am under-rating any or all of: Rose, Mayo, AR (not a chance ), Thompson, Evans.

stick:
Typical stick team, supreme in the volume scoring cats of PTS, 3PT, FT%, and even AST/TO. The penchant for shooters does compromise himself elsewhere, particularly in blocks, where he may even come last.

That's allright, I'm really not feeling it for my team either.

Well I'm usually a huge fan of dynasty leagues and do well there so maybe I'm a bit in dynasty mode still. However I picked some guys who I think could take a big step next year. Guys like Thompsdon and Randolph already will be good roto players (I picked thompson for fg and reb), and Jilian and Evans are big "?"'s. I do think however I could gamble that late and both are startest so will give me something useful. Mayo, HJR and Peja will finish top 15 in 3pts, with all of them around or over 2 3pts a game.

I'll do a write up later on.

Roy - becoming an NBA superstar before your eyes
Kidd - played great and fast-paced game this year will help
Salmons - fantasy stud last season will be the SG for the Bulls
B Lopez - last year Duncan-lite showed us a glimpse of his fantasy potential
Aldridge - perhaps a contract year, put up some awesome numbers in the 2nd half
Noah - great fantasy center when given a chance to start once and for all
Diaw - became fantasy relevant in Charlotte after being a fading Sun
C Lee - talented player gets to showcase all-round skills in NJ
Chalmers - Super Mario just fits so well with Wade
B Miller - Great option in Chicago, a team thin on bigs
Harden - Can slot in initially as a 4th option, and expand his NBA horizons
Moon - great roto player should get time in Cleveland in blowouts, and playing with LeBron
Przybilla - Great option as Oden can't be trusted just yet to break out
Lowry - Better PG than Brooks, and should get time

Maybe I can win.

PG- Derrick Rose: Wanted to grab a good pg around this pick, and Rose will continue to improve. Gives nice ast numbers, good %'s and will up his scoring with Gordon gone.
PG- Dwyane Wade: Counting on another healthy (75 games +/-) season. He's among the best players for roto. Maybe even the best, as he gives you steals AND blocks.
SG- Jr Smith: This late, getting this amount of 3pts is always nice. He's a fulltime starter now too.
SG- OJ Mayo: Counting on improvement across the board, but with maybe Iverson coming in, it might be a huge reach.
G- Tyreke Evans: Pretty late pick and he'll give me ast, stls and maybe he'll help to up Dwight's ft. I wanted to grab both Harris and Kevin Martin earlier, but they were gone one pick after another.
SF- Rudy Gay: Will improve. Will be among the 1 3pt, 1 blk, 1 stl club. Me likes for roto.
SF- Peja Stojakovic: I think it's a steal getting over 2 3pts this late. With Smith and Peja I have two of the top 5-10 3pt shooters. I might also have another one in Mayo.
PF-Anthony Randolph: He'll improve a lot. Starter and hugely talented. Will give me blocks and rebounds. I think with Howard, Dalembert, Hibbert, Randolph, Wade, Gay and Hawes I will have a lot of blocks.
PF- Jason Thompson: Good young duo with Hawes. Don't know what to expect but I'm counting on 8 rebounds and good %'s. He's a big talent, just not sure how it transaltes to roto fantasy.
F- Spencer Hawes: Another Kings player. Bad teams are good for roto. Hawes can become a baby Okur next season: rebounds and 3pts from the center position. Good thing: Hawes also blocks shots. After a great start last year, he kinda came back to earth after injuries and the mess that was the Kings. Counting on a big year. 14/9/1.6 + close to 1 3pt something....
C- Dwight Howard: Together with Wade he'll give me a huge boost in the hustle categories. He'll ruin my ft% though. Couldnt pass him up @ 24.
C -Samuel Dalembert: Can't be worse than last year.
UT-Roy Hibbert; Starter with huge body, long arms wsill rebound and block shots.
UT-Yi Jianlian: With my last pick I selected Yi. Hate him, but doesnt hurt taking him here. Will start, get minutes, touches and shots. What can he bring after a good summer with China?
