Re: carl landry
I like him, but your estimates are a bit of a stretch.
I'm thinking:
11.5 ppg
8 rpg
0.7 bpg
0.7 spg
Excellent %'s (.515 / .790)
Finish year ranked around 130th
Mind taking a look? viewtopic.php?f=39&t=951967

I took a late flier on Landry in my draft as well but there is no chance he gets to the predicted stats you just laid out. 2+ blocks and steals with a double double and those %'s is a top 40 player, probably even closer to 25-30. I'm thinking closer to 1 block, less than 1 steal, 8ish boards and you got the points and %'s about right. Scola is probably going to have the best season out of the two but with Yao out he's going to get his burn so I'm hoping for a good season as well and certainly won't complain if he puts up a monster season as you just predicted.

The Rockets are a nice team full of sleepers.
Big question I have about Landry...are they playing Landry and Scola on the floor together? If they are that's good news for Landry and you can bump his stat lines...if not he will be stuck behind a very good Scola all year.
