A trade I was offered, need help..

Post#1 » by Starkiller » Mon Feb 8, 2010 5:01 pm

I'm in 3rd place in my 12 team head to head league. The guy in 1st place offered me....

Jason Kidd, Andrew Bynum, and Mo Williams

for...

Steve Nash and Kevin Martin

I'm thinking it's a good trade for me, but I am reluctant because I'm behind him and I am trying to catch him, what should I do?

Need the rest of your roster to gauge properly, i.e. who your other big men are, who your dropping

But everything else being equal you are definitely losing deal

It's not a bad trade in a vaccum, but you can't afford to lose all that scoring, man. On your roster, who else could you rely on for 20 ppg aside from Monta? Kidd, Dalembert, Lopez... they're all scoring liabilities. And on top of that you'd have to carry an inactive Mo Williams for another few weeks? Nah. You gotta reject this one.

Good point, I didn't think about that. Thanks.

Yeah, pass on this one, send a counter for better talent than Bynum and Williams
