If I am reading the CBA FAQ right, the rookie minimum ($507,336.00 for 2014-2015) for any Second Round Pick is included in the team salary for Tax Apron purposes because it is the required tender amount.
Is there a point when this drops off? Obviously once a guy signs a deal, it would drop off. Is there a point beyond that situation when it would drop off? I'm not seeing it anywhere else in the FAQ.
