Amnesty Provision Deadline is July 18th, right?

I'm hearing a few dates for the deadline. Three, in fact. July 16th, July 17th and July 18th.

I heard 18th a while ago, plus, SB Nation has that too. Now, the 16th is impossible, since that's earlier than a week after the July Moratorium which is on the 10th. But do we count the 10th?

The 10th should count, since the moratorium ends at midnight. Since you can sign guys on the 10th, it should be 7 days after that when the amnesty deadline is.

Which by my count then DOES make it the 16th, up until 11:59 p.m (or if the NBA institutes a more appropiate time) to make it a full seven days. I was confused seeing as the league seems to just be categorizing it as a "week", which is eight days if you include the start date.
