As it stand currently, they are both FAs at the start of 2015. The Cap Hold for both of them will be $12,561,969.00. They are both Bird FAs above the expected average salary, so it is 150% of their previous salary to determine the hold.

As for max salary they can be offered, it isn't easy to project that, because it is dependent on where the Cap lands. Estimates as of now are a Cap of 66.5 million. Because both Asik and Lin will have 5 years of service as they enter 2015 their max salary is projected at $16,625,000.00. This is determined by the 0-6 years of service maximum of 25% of the Cap.
