So since Pierre Jackson will probably be out for the Sixers for the entire season, is there a way we could retain his draft rights without him taking a roster spot? A poster on the Sixers board mentioned if he accepted our tender offer, he would fail his physical and would not gain a roster spot but we would still retain his rights. Is this true?
