I haven't been able to find this clarification elsewhere...

Can the team signing the player include draft picks in the trade?

Can the team signing the player aggregate additional players AND draft picks in a deal?

All of this is fine.

The only differences between a S&T deal and a regular trade is that the player has to agree to the contract (with the new team) as a part of the trade, and in some circumstances BYC issues are still in effect for salary matching.
