Will you please drop the "in which" from the nightly recaps headline...it's not necessary.

"NBA Playoff Recaps For Mon. 4/18/11 (CHI And MIA Double Their Postseason Wins From 2010)"

sounds more appropriate and communicates the same information as:

"NBA Playoff Recaps For Mon. 4/18/11 (In Which CHI And MIA Double Their Postseason Wins From 2010)"

Thank you.

Something that bugs me is when a last name only is used in a wiretap headline when that person shares the same last name as someone more recognizable.

For instance, "Malone To Interview For Warriors' Opening"

Is this a surprise move by Karl Malone, the only Malone worthy of being called just "Malone" or is it some assistant named Michael Malone that 99% of people have no idea even exists?

I would write it as "Warriors To Interview Hornet's Asst Malone"

Wiretap article on the Knicks bringing in Marshon Brooks and Josh Selby for more workouts incorrectly states that Brooks is the one that's pictured when it's actually Selby that's pictured.

Patric Young headline. I believe Patric Young is already a sophomore and will be returning for his junior season next year.

I'm wondering if you could mention to someone at Realgm that posting summer league scores in the Wiretap Headline section ruins it for people with Summer League Broadband who want to watch the games in archive. Thanks

I'll pass it along to the Editor but we like to report the news as it happens and the results of summer league games are indeed the news.

I think it's looks pretty bad when you have an article about Sam Hinkie but you guys end up putting up a picture of someone who has a faint relation to the article or none at all.

Hinkie is replacing Thorn, but why don't you have a picture of Hinkie instead of Thorn? There are tons of articles where the picture does not match the person the article is talking about. Now I know what Rod Thorn looks like, so I new that wasn't Hinkie, but sometimes there are some obscure looking individuals that most people won't know, and they end up getting linked to an article. Something needs to be done about this

eyeatoma,

We do not have a picture of Sam Hinkie at the time but we should be getting one soon.

I've started using the wiretap as once of my primary sources for developments and Yahoo/ESPN/the lakers board had you by a mile on a pretty big story. I expect the boards/other sources to beat the wiretap, but I'm pretty sure that story was at least an hour late which is virtually 12 hours in e-time.

Good job with the quick update from the D'Antoni presser. That's what I like to see.
