it seems like someone disabled private message for my account.

i dont know why. i cant contact howard mass b/c pm is gone on my account

im pretty sure there was (messages = 0) next to user control panel and now that is also not there.

Yup. I suspect everyone is currently like this.

I want to make sure it gets sent to the proper recipient.

It means the person who you sent it too has not received it yet.

What will be new in the upgrade?

Mostly just transfering over adds-on to the phpbb.

Were then going to do some things to PMs and are hammering out what else we plan to do.

So will regular users be able to pm regular users?
