Adding Registered User to Foes list fails

Hiya,

I can't seem to add a registered user to my foes list. I receive a message saying not allowed to add moderators and admins to the list.

You may not add Moderators or Administrators to the list.

Were you trying to add one or a regular user?

Looks like a registered user, and shows as their only member group.

Correction: avatar shows retired mod. Am I out of luck?

No problem.

And Yes, you cannot block retired moderators.
