Limit the +1

Put a reasonable limit for And1 so people dont abuse it. May be 3 per day?

This is something we are looking into it but have not really had in-depth discussions about yet.

We will likely discuss it more when we chat about the next round of forum upgrades next week.

FWIW, I agree. But maybe the limit should be per post, not per day. You might also limit the number that can be given by a user over a certain period of time.
