That's not how it works, there is an appeal process and if you come off with that sort of attitude (where you blame others) then they probably will reject your appeal :D. Good luck though!

I'm not blaming anyone. I'm at peace with the decision made years ago. I got to know my board even better. Set up the appeal process.

The appeal process is on you. Read the policy thread and follow the instructions; this is not a promising beginning.
